Password Inadequate when creating esignature - even though it's not

We had a new employee start and they needed their esignature set-up (done this hundreds of times before).

We attempted to set it up (as usual had the 'passwords dont match' warning - which we bypassed successfully).

But now there is a new error 'Inadequate Password. Password must be at least 6 characters long.'

Even though the user was using an 8 character password. Tried numerous times, with different passwords, symbols, numbers, etc. No luck.

Anyone have any ideas - pulling my hair out here at something that SHOULD be so simple.

Can you post a screenshot of the message?

No I can't as the user is not in the office right now. But it was just a simple window - with no red text or warning symbols. All it said was:

' Inadequate Password. Password must be at least 6 characters long. '

May be a problem of this old and unsupported version.
