PDF form editing works correctly with installed IE11, without IE11 dosn´t works correctly

I´m using Windows 10, 64 bit and Adobe Reader DC. This week I wanted to fill out a pdf form. I had downloaded the PDF file and opened it with Adobe Reader. In a field where I need two letters and 20 numbers, I could only enter two letters and 19 numbers. So I can enter correct in the form field I have the IE11 reinstalled. Now I can enter the field correctly in IE11 and Adobe Reader.

Why it dosn´t work correctly in Adobe Reader without (deinstalled) IE11?
