Powerpoint to pdf on windows with acrobat pro results in low quality

Hi,

I'm having trouble with converting my powerpoint to pdf using acrobat pro. On my windows pc when I export the quality is very low, most images are blurry and the file is very heavy. When I export the same file through a mac the quality is much higher, no blurry images and the file is lighter.

I have tried printing in pdf with all the high quality and press quality settings, I have tried saving as pdf from powerpoint, exporting the pdf from powerpoint and even creating the pdf from acrobat pro. The quality is still terrible.

Please help

Hi @Nicholas33655237q19i

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

Would you mind sharing the worksflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF form MS Powerpoint? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Also, what is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20380 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once. And try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
