Print List of the Bookmarks

Hello. I'm printing one of my files and placing them in a binder.

How do I print the Bookmark List so that I can put it in the binder with the rest of my papers and use it like a table of contects?

You can't do it directly in Reader, but it is possible to print them out to a text field in a PDF, or even to the JS Console, and from there to copy it to Word and print it out. It's even possible to include the page numbers they are pointing to.
