Problem getting buttons to pop up image in Adobe Acrobat DC

Hello,

I was hoping you could help with the follow issue listed below:

1st Issue:  Problem getting buttons to pop up image in Adobe Acrobat DC

Document:  Glossary of construction terms.

Application:  I want an image to pop up on a mouse roll over of an invisible button under a gloossary word and then disapear on mouse exit. 

2nd Issue: I realize that the image button has to larger to show the icon at a resonable size but I can't get the the second button under the term to work the iamge button.
