Please try the repair installation of the application by going to help menu in the application and click Repair Acrobat Installation.
If this does not help, try uninstall reinstallation and use the Adobe cleaner tool for the same in the link below:

I try to repair the installation but the issue still continue...
After trying many options, the only thing that works is to close the outlook and then send the file again, then open the outlook and resend the file, the problem is solved.
