It is available, but you can no longer access FTP sites with your browser. Use a dedicated FTP application, instead.

You mean you get an error message, or that FTP links just do nothing?

Got ping resposne from ftp.adobe.com

On Edge, it showed "This site is trying to open Google Chrome" (strange response)

On Chrome, nothing loaded

On IE11, it showed "Can't reach this page"

See my reply above. The current versions of Chrome and Firefox will no longer allow you to open any FTP sites, and I'm sure that other browsers will follow suit soon. You need to use an FTP application to open it.

LATEST

Or download & run Pale Moon browser, which still retains FTP support.

the ftp.adobe.com site works just fine with the latest versions of Palemoon browser

the creator of Palemoon has no plans of removing support for ftp

Yes, all normal. A secret cabal has decided that blocking all FTP sites is in everyone's interests. You can unblock it in Chrome, but I suggest you get an FTP client app. By the way, Adobe have stopped putting new updates on FTP.

You can't even enable it in Chrome any longer. Apparently it's a big
security risk, for some reason...
