Question

"privatekey"

I am trying to sign a document with my digital certificate, but suddenly this message pops up:

That password is not the same as the one I use to login Adobe. I have no clue which password they're talking about, but what I do know is that I can't sign.

It turns out I had to download another program from the administration. After I downloaded that program it stopped asking me for that password. Thanks for your replies.

    Hi,

I have exactly the same problem as you had:

Could you please explain what you did to solve it?

    Many thanks
