re my case being resolved

yes, I posted a thing looking for help and got an email telling me it was resolved which is funny because nobody reached out to help and the issue still remains this was last week that I asked for help it was I was trying to send a form I filled out and it would not allow me to send and to be honest I can not remember what else. but  I still require help. Thank you Isabel p.s do not know if this the right place to ask for it

Issy#86, I am sorry that you do not feel that all of your concerns were addressed.  You can use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to update your recent support case.

 

Issy, is your current question in relation to Adobe Reader as was discussed in case ADB-14177322-T7Q9?

Ok, thanks, Issy#86, since Acrobat Reader is a free product there is very limited direct support provided.

 

I will move this public forum discussion to the Adobe Reader forum.  I would recommend you update this discussion with the errors you are encountering or start a new discussion in the Acrobat Reader forum at https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/bd-p/acrobat-reader.
