Receive error "unable to load application configuration" .  Using windows 7 after downloading and installing 9.5

    Run the Reader/Acrobat Cleaner then get the latest and greatest.

    I am having the same problem. I have run the cleaner but it did not help. Still getting "Unable to load application configuration" when trying to run install_reader10_en_mssd_aih.exe. Any other suggestions?

    Try to download and run the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
