I have a pdf with powerpoint slides (1 slide per page) and would like to save the pdf as 4 slides a page. Is it possible to do it with a Adobe Reader DC ?

I have also tried the Pint (microsoft print to pdf), however, the pdf becomes non-text-searchable. Is it possible to make it text-searchable ? Is it also possible to save as a version, without borders in between slides ?

No, you need Acrobat to do it. However, there will still be borders between the "slides" if you do it, even in Acrobat, unless you use a custom-made script.
