some characters are not displayed correctly

Hello,
everything worked fine until now but with the latest update of acrobat reader I have a problem with some characters. it doesn't matter which pdf document i use. if I insert text into it via "fill and sign" and it contains certain characters, in the case of a local installation of acrobat reader, they are displayed after saving and reopening the square. if I do the same in online acrobat reader, after opening the document there is nothing, not even a square. at the same time, why does acrobat reader on a computer (local installation) change the font after writing certain characters? the online version always uses the same font. Please how to solve this?

Hi @Petr231766714y2e,

Can you please explain the issue? We have fixed the original issue mentioned in the bug which was introduced in the last released version 23.003.20269. It was fixed in 23.003.20284. If there was any pending issue in build 23.003.20269, that was not fixed. Please provide details and we will try to fix it in the future versions.

Thanks,

Vinod

Hello, yes, it works in the new version, but. Why does acrobat reader on a computer (local installation) change the font after writing certain characters? The online version always uses the same font.

Temporary solution, after input chinese text, use print , select Microsft Print to PDF (Windows 10/Windows 11 build in), print the document and save it. You can view the Chinese and also this version can input and view again the chinese text when reopen

I have the same problem too, with Traditional Chinese.  Under the latest version updated yesterday, the text inserted via "fill and sign" becomes square when I reopen the file.
