The newest Acrobat Reader MSI file and Flash Player MSI file

How i can download The newest Acrobat Reader MSI file and Flash Player MSI file. so many time , i want to update our company PC Reader(include Asia font pack) and flash player version ,but i can not find the msi file , please help and give me the file link ,

    You need to extract .msi file from .exe file
