I signed up for the basis acrobat reader conversion program, however it will not let me convert PDF to Word. I have looked at the troubleshooting tips and the how to tips but after I sign in it just says this is not supported and directs me back to sign up for the conversion program. I would much rather talk to someone but I can't seem to find a number to call or the option for a chat. I have a PC. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! Can you tell me just a little bit about what this does? I have several pages of text in pdf format, and I'd like to be able to edit it as a text document -- revise, resize, copy, cut paste, etc. -- Is that what this allows you to do?

I purchased the Adobe Expert PDF. It shows up in my account, but I cannot access it. When I click on it through the products in my account, it takes me to a purchase page.

Go to http://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf - once you log in with the Adobe ID that you used to subscript to the service, you can upload PDF files and then download the resulting Word or Excel file.

No, I never got an answer, Every time I try to convert a file it takes me to the purchase page as if I have not paid for this service. I renewed my service in October 2017 and I have not been able to use it yet. I never had this trouble before but if I don't get an answer I will NEVER use this company again.

Why is it when I write something in WORD, Adobe takes control of the written document so that it no longer can be retrieved from WORD? Also, why can't I edit or add text in that same document in adobe??

HI - This option does not automatically come up when I open an adobe file. There is a statement on the bottom left stating that the current plan is Adobe export PDF but there is no option that comes up to let me export it. How do I connect to that easily without searching the forum each time for a link to this?

Hello wizlatina
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to convert/export a PDF file into Word, Is that correct?
The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. Please try to export the PDF on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and facing the issue, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
Then check for any pending updates from Help Menu>Check for updates.
If you want to download and install the Reader, you can use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...
Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Anand Sri.
