Unable to save PDF file after upgrading to Adobe Reader 11.0.21

We do have a PDF form which can be filled by Adobe Reader. After upgrading to Adobe Reader 11.0.21, Adobe Reader prompt the error below when saving the PDF file after filling information into the PDF file.

Sometimes, it prompt this error together

Any solution can be provided?

FYI. You may try to install the patch below for the adobe reader XI / acrobat reader DC so as to fix the problem.

If i apply this fix when the real 11.0.22 comes out can i apply it over the hotfix?

We have deployed 11.0.21 and having various issues but the 11.0.22 Out of cycle update fixes all issues.

If i apply this across the enterprise when 11.0.22 comes out with vulnerability fixes etc will it apply to my systems??? i need to talk with some asap. HELP.

When I am trying to open the filed pdf, I am facing same issue. Any solution for that.

Kindly share the test file and also send us crash log using the tool at the link http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatmonitor.html.

Also, Please confirm the environment that you see this issue on - Is it Win or MAC?

Hi BhavnaNagi,

Any update? We are facing similar issue after upgrading to Adobe Reader 11.0.21. After filling in some characters in a TextField of the adobe form, adobe reader exits without any warning. The OS is windows 7.
