Unable to sign in Adobe Reader with company account and cannot share PDF file

When trying to sign in Adobe Reader getting error message as Access Denied and also while sharing pdf files it is asking to sign in but getting error message. And user is able to sign in adobe.com that means SSO login worked but not with Adobe Reader. Please help me.

This message is not from Reader, but from something else that is giving you permissions to run certain applications on your computer. You should contact your IT department about this issue.

Hi the problem got sorted from IT department.

We have enabled PDF servics in Adobe Admin Console group settings to avoid this errors.
