Question

Unable to view edits or notes clearly on PDF's

I'm using Acrobat Adobe Reader DC and when I view a PDF with notes or an added edit on it, I either cannot see it at all or it is split in half (so I only see part of it.)

Someone else in my office is using the same version as me and they see it clearly. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this issue.

Any direction or help is much appreciated!

Hey Faithe,

Sorry for not being able to get in touch with you. If you are still struggling with the same issue, then you may help us with following information-

1- When you say PDFs added notes are not visible properly or shows only half of the content, does it happen with all the files that has annotation or its with a specific PDF?

2- Which version of Adobe Reader you are working with? Open Adobe Reader>Help>About Acrobat Reader check Help>Update Adobe Reader or install directly through- DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

3- If this doesn't help, then navigate to Adobe Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>disable "Enhanced Security" and "Protected View"

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Akanchha
