Unknown software exception Errors in Adobe Reader

Hii..
We have suddenly started getting error - 'the exception unknown software exception (0x0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x01395d2e' across all workstations in our domain while opening Adobe reader. we have no clue what caused it. We have windows 7 installed in our environment fully updated with security and critical patches and using the latest adobe reader version 11.0.19.
Any assistance to fix this issue would be highly appreciated.
I found below fixes at one of the threads in the adobe forums however they are not helping.
First thing I would try is update to 11.0.4. If that doesn't solve the problem, some more things you can try...
- Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
- Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].
- If you cannot open Reader by itself, try to disable Protected Mode in the registry; download, unzip, then run the attached registry script
- It could even be a malware issue; see http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html
