in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi rawan_0198,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you are referring to using the application's free version to view PDFs, then yes, you can use the Acrobat Reader application to view or open the PDFs. Ensure that you adhere to the terms of use for the product: Product Licenses and Terms of Use.
Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

@rawan_0198 as per @Meenakshi Negi YES you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader open and view PDFs for your online teaching!
Unless you have Acrobat Pro, then YES you create or edit PDFs for your teaching, such as for lesson plans or student materials, you would need a paid subscription to a product like Adobe Acrobat Pro. Adobe offers specific pricing for educators, and some schools or districts may provide you with a license.
