Viewing Pdf file created by printing to Pdf in Windows 10

emails I have printed to Pdf now only appear in full if I use the new Edge viewer. Since I prefer to use Adobe Reader Touch I tried opening the file with this program and on;y the headings appeared - the body of the email is blank. Is there a get-around for this problem?

Acrobat Reader can't create PDF files. How did you create the PDF files?

In Windows 10 Mail App..... Print gives you choice of print to PDF..... chose that

That was my first port of call but they sent me to Adobe. Looks like I'm going round in circles.

What version of Acrobat Reader do you use?
