Hi I've got the same issue as tedford2 with Acrobat v15.009.20071 & W10x64.

Basically it happens when I open a PDF from an external source: firefox download, everything (equivalent of windows search)...

If I open the PDF directly from Windows explorer, it's fine.

When that message arises, I click twice on OK but it doesn't close Acrobat, so I assume it closes something else like a plugin maybe.

I've executed the registry key you've shared on your last post pwillener, but it doesn't change anything.

Any other idea please? Thanks in advance.

    What is your operating system?

What is your installed version of Acrobat Reader DC?
