Please tell us how you contacted Adobe tech team. If it was a phone number, please give the number. If it was a web page, please tell us the web page. There is a serious puzzle here, because they should not have tried to help.

This file is not part of a Acrobat Reader installation.

In your first message you said "corrupted or missing". Was that different error messages you sometimes get?

No it was not a different error message!

Get a good anti-virus application and run it on your computer as soon as possible.

Please tell us the message you get exactly and in full, and when you get it. This is worrying and suggests a virus.

This is the message from Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader: Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open ‘qvaqsomevu.sked’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an e-mail attachment and was‘nt correctly decoded).

This Adobe file was included in windows 8.1 software. Even discussed this issued with Adobe Technical team and they offer a version of the same file, but code with numbers.

Every time I turn on my Desk Top computer this Adobe message show up on the computer screen. Have any suggestions as to how to fixed it.
