I am working from an Apple Macbook Pro. I am scanning documents correctly but when I try to save them as PDf files I am getting white pages only. Very annoying. I can save docs as jpeg files, but that doesn't help much.
Reader can't create PDFs only display them. So, how do you create the PDFs from you scans exactly?
The problem seems to be with the HP software. The problem persists with HP Easy Scan, but saving pdf files correctly works well with HP Smart.
