Hi, when I open a pdf form developed in Adobe Acrobe Pro/DC with signature fields in Edge/Chrome which is using Adobe Reader DC on Windows 10 business, click any of the signature field, it asks to save the file after signed. But on IE which is using Adobe Reader DC as well, there is no such saving step after signed.

Please let us know what is the difference in such Reader DC on the different browsers or has a way to disable the saving step.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi Michael,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned above, the Reader DC asks to save the form after adding signature on Chrome/ Edge. However, there is no such option on the IE browser.

Could you please confirm if you are filling the form on the desktop application or the online platform?

It would be helpful if you can share a video of both the workflows for a better understanding.

Share the Adobe application and OS version you are using on the machine.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
