サブスクリプションでプレミアムにしているのに無料会員のままで編集できない

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Reader Mobile subscriptions.

Please check logging on to the web portal and let me know if you can use the features there:

If yes, try the below steps;

1. Log out from the application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the application using your Apple ID.

Sorry for the delay in response.

We see that you have an active subscription to Acrobat premium registered under your Adobe account.

If you have not been able to Edit the document within the app, then please try the following steps:

1- Sign out of the app and Sign back in using the correct email.

Let us know if you still can't edit it. And do share the message if you see any while using the Edit tool.
