ニックネームが北朝鮮になる

Androidのスマホからアドビオンラインにログインしたらニックネームが北朝鮮になっていて、ユーザーから入ってニックネームを見ると合っているため、気持ち悪いから名前を00にしたら、北朝鮮の文字は消えたけど、皆さんそういうことあります？

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Profile issue with Adobe.

Would you mind clarifying if you see this on your Reader Mobile app or on your Adobe Account?

If on the Adobe Account, can you get back to https://adobe.ly/4kDk5cC and click on "Edit."

Once on the editing page, remove the entire name, and add it again.

It should reflect back again. Also, it depends whether the font is available on your device to type in.
