Hopeing someone can help though I don't think my chances are great.
So I'm pretty bummed right now, because I had literally spent the last 3.5 hours editing a pdf template with Adobe App on Android (Paid version). It actually happened on 2 different occasions today, but the first time I had only been working on it for about 30 minutes so I was mildly frustrated. The second time really got my goat which is saying something because they used to call me "The Goat Whisperer" (true story). So this is what occurred editing, editing, research, editing, so on, and so forth. I then saved the text I was editing so I could see the layout and noticed the text boxes were overlapping so I started to see what I could do in order for everything to fit. It was at that time my toddler woke up and demanded I get her out of bed, and she could not wait for me to finish, smh. So I stood up turned my screen off, then fulfilled my command. Then about 3 minutes after turning the screen off, I woke my phone up and instantly the app with my document shut down, then upon opening it again, there is a pop-up stating the app crashed and would I like to send a report to you. If I was smart I would have said yes, but I panicked and opened back up the PDF I was working on. Unfortunately I can only find the original non-edited original PDF. I've tried to look through my files with various apps but I can only find the original.
Also as others have mentioned, for the last few months it very difficult if not impossible to select or if selected to adjust the highlighted portion of text and keep the select or copy option. If I have to adjust the highlighted area then it stays highlighted but the pop-up box of options is gone. To keep those options I have to copy whatever area it decides then paste it to a different app (usually notes), then select only the text I want, to paste it back over in Adobe.
So the only thing I can think of that anyone could be of service it if it's even possible lmk where I can recover my edited PDF. Otherwise this is just a "Hey I'm having _______ issue"
