Accidentally deleted cloud file

I accidentally deleted one file in my ipad (with lot of comments and annotations )from my cloud storage....Is there a way to restore it ? .Please help....It was a very important document....I checked deleted files section in cloud service...But says no files

You might want to check here: Files | Adobe id the files are available.

If not, I fear they cannot be recovered.
