I am using a fillable pdf that I downloaded from my employer onto Acrobat on my iPad pro.  After filling in all fields, I open the fill & sign option, then touch the "sign" icon. The app crashes and all data is lost. I have started saving the document first to preseve it, then signing, and this seems to work but it is cumbersome and creates multiple copies that I then need to sort and delete. Do you have any tips on stopping the app from crahsing? Thank you

Hello Heather,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience with Acrobat Reader Mobiel crashing.

Would you mind sharing a few details so that I can check further:

1. The application version for Acrobat you are using.

[ To check the application version, please open Acrobat Reader Mobile->, click on the profile icon, -> click on about Acrobat Reader ]

2. The version of the iOS version you are using on your iPad.

3. A screen recording of the workflow you are following, leading to the crash.

Meanwhile, you can try filling in the same document on the online portal and check if it works there.

Link for the online portal: https://acrobat.adobe.com/

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.
