Acrobat Not Working in Mobile

Dear Team,

I recently downloaded PDF forms via the mobile app and completed all the necessary fields. However, upon attempting to submit the form by clicking the designated button, nothing occurred and the submission did not reach the server as expected. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information  for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> about Acrobat);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. The sample form over a private message to test.
