Acrobat on iPad doesn’t show PDF Details ( mostly blank)

I am trying to view PDF files on my iPad through acrobat and once the PDF is open, the majority of the details are not shown. This is the same problem for pretty much all PDFs that I've tried opening through acrobat. There are no issues viewing this through other apps on this iPad or on a desktop.

details:

- Brand new IPad Pro 11 with IPad os 15 ( was the same issue before I updated)

-installed the latest acrobat app on sept 23

- PDFs are mostly created from CAD drawings

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the trouble you are facing. We've just released a fix for this issue in the App Store. It can take some time to propagate globally but should be available everywhere within 24 hours. Please go to the App Store and search for "Adobe Acrobat" and then tap "update" to get 21.09.01.
