Adobe acrobat crashes after startup iPhone

Hi, I can't use anymore adobe acrobat because it crashes after startup. I have an iPhone 11. Can you solve please?

Have you checked if the app is updated to the latest version on the AppStore? 

 

Do you still experience the issue with the latest version? If yes, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you sue (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The iOS version of your device;

3. A screen recording video of the event for a better understanding.

Hi,

I have already checked everything.

1. Adobe Acrobat version : 24.04.61 (I've seen this in the App Store because I can't see it in the app)

2. iOS version: 17.4.1

 

I hope you can resolve this bug.

Hello Souvik:

l am running the following version of Acrobat Reader 25.05.05 (20250609.204730).  I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the only thing I did was update to iPhone's latest iOS version 18.5 (22F76) over the weekend. Prior to updating my iPhone iOS the Acrobat Reader worked great (maybe a little bit slow when wanting to store projects on my local iPhone files, but it still worked. Today, June 18, 2025, was the first time I tried accessing Acrobat Reader since updating my iOS. It kept crashing time and again. It wouldn't even open for the longest time, and I pay for a yearly subscription. Eventually, I did get it to open up on my iPhone, but it wasn't before first logging in on your website. And your website is acting kinda' messed up too. It keeps resetting and giving me a blank screen. So, I am not sure if this message will post, but I pray you find a fix to this crashing issue.

It's not working for me either. The app is updated. Deleted the app reinstalled and also restarted my phone. Still crashing after start up.

Further to this thread, I now have the same problem with Acrobat crashing after a few seconds on the my iPhone.  I just reinstalled Acrobat from the App Store and restart my phone. Did not solve the problem.  iOS version 18.5 . Thanks for any help

Same issue for me. Worked for a few mins then decided to crash within a second every time I open it. iPhone 16 pro on iOS 18.5. Multiple restarts and downloads did not fix it.

Same exact issue. Just discovered as I am walking into a meeting and have files on my app I need. Powered down and restarted 2 times. Deleted and downloaded 2 times. Same issue.

Add me to the crashes on open list. Worked fine yesterday, crahses today. 

iPhone 16, iOS 18.5, app version 25.05.05

I am having the same issue. It seems to not crash if I enable airplane mode on my iphone or iPad. I can at least open the app and access my files while they fix this issue.

Based on the link posted by support, it's a problem with document cloud. That's why you can open in airplane mode. Of course, if you saved your files to the cloud, you still can't do any work.
