I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any paid services for Acrobat Pro.

Please share you Adobe ID via private message so we can check it at our end.

Also you may try to download the application using the link https://adobe.ly/3W0z8Tp and see if that works for you.
