Adobe Acrobat reader for mobile not able to open pdf file with password protected in AES-256

Hi,

 

I have generate a few pdf file with password protected in AES-256. I'm able to open the pdf in other mobile pdf reader and only not able to open in AES-256. May i know what is the actual problem on this?

 

I have attached a sample pdf file on it and the password is A12345678

Hope you are doing well. Sorry about your experience.

 

We are aware of the issue, and a bug is logged to get this fixed. While we are working on the fix, would you mind trying the below workaround:

When creating the file, go to Properties-> Security Tab-> change security-> Change the can be opened by Acrobat X or later instead of Acrobat 9 or later.
