I keep on trying to view a PDF, as always, with my Android phone. Lately, however, I can no longer view a PDF on the Android Adobe app downloaded from the Google Play Store. Usually a downloaded PDF from a bank, credit card whatever I would either have the chance to tap on "open file" while I'm waiting and expecting the PDF to download to my phone then it might pop up a few apps of which I'd choose Adobe with a tap and the PDF would open with Adobe for me to read. That no longer works. It's the same thing if I go to downloads on my phone and tap a download (that's a PDF), and it opens in Adobe after I tap on Adobe as the app to use for that file. Unfortunately, both of these ways no longer work. I go as far as tapping the Adobe app; however, when it opens, a paid subscription page opens over the app, forcing me to choose a monthly or yearly plan, which I don't need, and when I tap the X to get rid of the subscription page, the Adobe app closes. I thought the mobile version, at least a user could use to view PDFs for free. Has this changed? Does it now cost money to simply view a PDF on a mobile phone or is there something wrong with the app?
Respectfully,
Barry

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you. The link you shared with me isn't working, just like a link I had yesterday. It says the component didn't load. Try again. I'm guessing it's the proper place to ask an Android app question in that section of Community. I tried finding it; however, using the phone, it's nearly impossible to navigate to where I want to go. Next time I'll use the computer.
Respectfully,
Barry

Updating Adobe Express to the latest version usually fixes pixelation and freezing issues. If it keeps happening, I’d recommend reporting it to Adobe support with your device details and screenshots. In the meantime, working on smaller sections at a time can help reduce crashes and pixelation.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
