Adobe/dropbox/android error

Error code on android. When trying to open a pdf sent from my laptop to my android through drop box, an error code appears saying "the document has features that are not supported in this version of adobe acrobat".

Theres no new updates, im not sure what to do?

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The Android version of your device;

3. Is the file a government or any legal form? Please try with a simple PDF file and let us know.

4. A screenshot of the error you see.

While you share the details, you might want to try removing the dropbox connection on your app, and log in again.
