Adobe free

I have Adobe free app and until recently I was able to open and print documents using the free version. Now, when I attempt to open a document, Adobe reader automatically pops premium subscription and when I click "not now" it closes and I am unable to view my document. I have uninstalled and logged out of the app and nothing has changed.

How can I fix this to be able to use the free version?

Thanks

Hi @Eilis35707670dpab,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Do you see the purchase pop-up when opening a PDF file or using a tool? This can also pop up if you try to open a non-PDF file.

Please share a screen recording of the event from where you see the pop-up for further investigation.

Look forward to hearing from you.
