Hi,

I have an iPhone and have subscribed to Adobe edit and convert and Adobe premium membership. The apps do not work, I cannot make PDFs or edit works, it just keeps telling me to subscribe which I already am and then there is an error message. How do I fix this?

Hello,

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with using the premium features with the application.

Would you mind sharing the screen shot of the error message when you are trying to edit any document.

Also while you do so, please check if you are able to use the tools on the online document cloud portal.

Link for document cloud: https://www.adobe.com/documentcloud.html

If the tools work there, please try restoring your subscription on the application and then check.

Click on the link to get detailed steps about restoring your subscription: Manage Subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

If this does not work, try:
1. Sign out of the application;

2. Restart your device;

3. Sign in to the application using the e-mail address that you have the active subscription and then check.

Let me know if this helps.

Regards,

Souvik.
