Hello,
after renewal of subscription all Scans in Document Cloud were gone?
Any idea were they are and if possible how to get them back?

Did you renew using the same Adobe ID from your original subscription? If you changed Adobe IDs, they are two separate accounts. Did you allow your subscription to lapse and then renewed? I still don't think Adobe would delete the files if it was within a reasonable amount of time.

Hi Chad,
yes. Same ID. Got an email that subscription expired and I renewed it with that link attached.
The docs in cloud are still there, only pdf Scan are gone?

1. Do you have any other email that you could have used before to save the scans?
