I’ve reviewed your Adobe account linked to the Adobe ID you're using in this community and noticed you have an AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription. To resolve the issue, please try the following steps:

1. Log out of the Acrobat Pro application on your computer.
2. Reboot your device.
3. Log back in using the correct Adobe ID.

Hello , I have now paid for the monthly subscription and AI feature and still it does not allow me to use it.  I logged out from all my devices, changed the password and rebooted my devices... still does not let me use the feature.
