An error occured while sighning in

パソコンからサインインしてPDFを保存したいのですがサインイン中にエラーが発生しましたと出ます。（An error while signing in）

メールアドレスもパスワードも間違ってないのですが他に考えられるエラーは何でしょう？

I checked your account and cannot find an active subscription in your email. However, that should not be an issue when logging in to the account.

Have you tried changing the internet connection on your device and then try? If that does not help, please share a screen recording of the issue you experienced for better understanding and assistance.
