My Nokia updated to Android 11, and now will not open pdf files. It says v they are all corrupted or damaged. Trying to open pdf books gets a "decoding error" message. I can open pdf files in One Drive, but not in any other app.

The Adobe version is the latest. I updated it.
The files are from various sources.
I have rebooted many times.
In addition, I have lost many photos in the Google photo app, so this is possibly a n "update" problem. The photos appear blacked out in the photos app, but some are visible. I have attached a screenshot. This is really annoying !

Not possible, I'm afraid. I deleted everything (280 pdf's !), and started downloading new copies. They have all opened fine ( so far).
I have seen other forums where people are having problems with photos after updating to Android 11, so I'm guessing that this is an "update" problem for sure. If you haven't had similar "complaints" from other people, then I guess I've just been unlucky ?

I'm having this same problem. All pdf files show as 'incorrect format or corrupt' and will not open on my mobile (Android 11). All systems and apps up to date and same pdfs open on other devices.

Hello @David26314203drln
I hope you're doing great and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.
Could you please try to download the file internally and then open it directly from the local storage and check if it's still showing the error?
Also, is this issue file-specific or happening with every file you use?
Could you also help us with some details -
Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Krutikka
