lol 69 99 prelevé sur mon compte 1 jour apres ma souscription pour l essai de 7 jours, ça ne fenctionne pas cela me marque erreur vous etes deja inscrip et qiand je veux utiliser les fonctionnalité cela me dis que je ne suis pas abonné. Je me suis desabonné 5 min apres. mais je suis prélevé. merci de procedé au rembourssement dans les plus bref délai. merci.

Bonjour, je souhaite me désabonnée et ne pas etre prelevé mais je lai été en voulant quand meme me desabonnée , comment je peux fire pour etre rembouser et je ne etres prelevé tous les mois ?
