Fiz a assinatura do plano gratuito para assinar apenas 1 documento e pensando que receberia 7 dias grátis me foi cobrado no momento da aquisição. Solicito o cancelamento do valor cobrado pois não era isso que os 7 dias gratuitos insinuavam

aconteceu o mesmo comigo, fiz a assinatura de 1 mês grátis e na mesma hora veio a fatura no meu cartão, sendo que era 1 mes gratis, fiz o cancelamento e mesmo assim veio e ainda duplicou o valor de 86 para 124 reais e não consigo falar com eles para pedir o reembolso.
