Fiz a assinatura do plano gratuito para assinar apenas 1 documento e pensando que receberia 7 dias grátis me foi cobrado no momento da aquisição. Solicito o cancelamento do valor cobrado pois não era isso que os 7 dias gratuitos insinuavam

aconteceu o mesmo comigo, fiz a assinatura de 1 mês grátis e na mesma hora veio a fatura no meu cartão, sendo que era 1 mes gratis, fiz o cancelamento e mesmo assim veio e ainda duplicou o valor de 86 para 124 reais e não consigo falar com eles para pedir o reembolso.

The email you mentioned has an active subscription for Acrobat Premium, purchased from the Google Play Store, not canceled.

 

Also, you were charged because you opted for the monthly plan, while a 7-day free trial is available on the annual plan. This information is mentioned when you see the paywall information.

 

Let me know if the screen you saw differed from what I mentioned.

The active plan must be canceled from the Google Play store following their policies.
