Auto Save

Hello, is there a way to set up an auto save? I just ran through an entire document and it glitched and removed hours of editing. I realize I should have saved it along the way somehow. Can you Auto Save and can you recover glitched documents?

The auto-save feature is available only on the desktop version of the application.
