Automatic Renewal Issue

It is disappointing to hear from the customer service agent that there is no option to disable automatic renewal. The chances of missing out to cancel the subscription are higher.  I don't want to take the chance. Does anyone help to solve the issue?

Hello Rojin,

Hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to disable automatic renewal for the Acrobat Premium subscription.

To do this, you have to disable the same through your store operator and not from Adobe.
