-How to autosave highlighted PDF for future reference ? -Suppose I want to read and access all the highlighted PDF from my Apple iPad from mobile app and also in desktop' is it possible after Single highlight?.

Yes, it’s possible to access your highlighted PDFs across both mobile and desktop — as long as your file is saved to Adobe Cloud Storage (Document Cloud). Here’s how it works:

1. Save your file to the cloud:

  • After highlighting in the Acrobat mobile app, tap the three dots (⋯) and choose Save to Adobe Cloud Storage (if it isn’t already).
  • Files saved locally on your iPad won’t sync automatically.


2. Sync your highlights:

  • Once your file is stored in the cloud, Acrobat automatically syncs your highlights and annotations.
  • Ensure you’re signed in with the same Adobe ID on both your iPad and desktop.

3. Access from desktop:
