Can 2 users, or 2 devices with the same user Edit a PDF at the same time?

I work for a theater and we add our tech cue markings to our scripts digitally. But we want 2 designers to be able to add markings at the same time.

I have tried on my personal Adobe Pro account editing from my iPad and my phone at the same time but it creates seperate conflict files and the edits don't appear together. Is there a way to make the edits on the same document at the same time?

Hi @Ashley Weller,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I don't think that should work (especially with the same account).

Working on the same file with two different accounts (the file should be a shared file on the cloud) would work, but working on the same account won't.

The reason is that Acrobat would try to save the changes on the same account profile, which would conflict with the server on every attempt to save, since the file would be open on two different devices.

So, in your case, given your requirements, it would be best to use two different accounts to make edits on a single document simultaneously.

Hope I was able to clarify your question.

Regards,
Souvik.
