Can't Attach Adobe files.

• Cannot attach Adobe files to my Manulife app health claims. The file gets attached but cannot download or be viewed. I used to do it before but it stopped working.

As per the issue description that you can't view or download the PDF after attaching it. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. Kindly try to open PDFs in Acrobat Reader mobile app. Is there some issue with that?

2. If possible, could you share a video of the issue?

3. Are you facing issues only with files attached in the Manulife app.
