When I try to view documents on Adobe it says that the number is blocked and I just get a blank screen. I have a Samsung galaxy phone.

1. Please share a screenshot of the error message.
2. Did you try to download a file from any other source, like some website. Is it happening with other PDFs too?
Make sure that the app is up to date.
